Capoeira is one of the most physically demanding, yet exhilarating types of fitness in the world today!
It is a Brazilian art form created in Brazil over 400 years ago by African slaves, that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, music and self-defense.
Classes are taught at various venues all over Hong Kong. For adults, classes are held in Sheung Wan at:
